Both Olde Barnstable Fairgrounds and Hyannis Golf Clubs welcome Group Outings and Special Events. We are happy to accommodate groups for golf up to 144 at Olde Barnstable GC and up to 200 golfers at Hyannis GC. We welcome smaller outings as well. We handle everything from start to finish, including:
- tee gifts
- scorecards
- cart cards
- prize holes (closest to pin, long drive, etc.)
- rental clubs
- box lunches
- tournament scoring
- prizes and gift certificates
- banquet
- and any other tournament items needed
Our Function Room at Olde Barnstable has a capacity of 48, the upstairs Bar area, overlooking beautiful sunsets and the 9th hole, can accommodate up to 45. Our Function Room at Hyannis GC can accommodate up to 144 with another 48 in the Bar area, both areas overlook the 18th hole.
